Charae Gibbs, Change Management and Communications Consultant
Charae is an experienced Change Manager specializing in internal communication and organizational change. She is passionate about enabling businesses to successfully transform and evolve – and sustain those changes – through effective leadership, connection, support and communication with their people. With over 16 years of experience, Charae has worked in start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She has significant experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical world, and also has a background in Communications and Project Management. AJC is excited that Charae has joined our team in delivering lasting change to organizations.
Charae has a Bachelors Degree in Communications, and a Masters in Arts and currently volunteers in several community organizations. She also is certified in the ADKAR method of Change Management and holds the Prosci Change Management certification.
