Erin Barsuglia, Director of Client Services and Consultant
Erin Barsuglia has over 15 years of experience in a variety of Quality and Operational roles and is AJC’s Director of Client Services. Erin has consulted in Process Improvement and Systems Selection work, as well as Agile Operating Model Strategic Consulting, and Change Management. Before joining AJC, Erin worked as the Director of Operations at Revant Optics, and prior to that was the Director of Operations and Quality Manager at Stash Tea. Process improvement, continuous improvement, strategy plan creation and execution, and system selection and implementation are all areas in which Erin has extensive experience.
Erin also has years of experience managing regulatory and quality processes in production environments and holds the Preventive Quality Control Individual (PQCI) and Instructor certifications and is a certified Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Practitioner, and is experienced in leading companies through B-Corp Certification. Erin received her Bachelors of Science from University of Oregon and went on to get her MBA from George Fox University with a focus in organizational strategy.
