Grace Chang, Agile Project Manager and Process Improvement Specialist
Grace Chang has been managing projects and working to streamline processes over six years. She has taken Agile Scrum training with AJC’s Alex Jones who is a certified Agile Scrum Master and certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant. Grace acted in an Agile Project Manager role with a recent AJC client, who is now thriving using Agile Scrum in new product development for both hardware and software.
Grace has managed medium and large-scale corporate projects and conferences in the events industry for the entirety of the project life cycle as an Events Operation Manager at Opus Agency. Her responsibilities included budget management, operations management, multi-vendor management, leading weekly meetings with clients and stakeholders, and establishing smooth inter-workstream communications. Grace’s success has been built on her analytic approach, that focuses on clear communication throughout the project to increase efficiency, re-evaluate goals as needed, and maintain expectations for all parties. She has a reputation of having strong rapport with her clients and vendors through her detail-oriented and self-driven nature and desire for success and polished results.
Grace holds a Master’s Degree in East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Asian Studies from Rice University.
