Grace Chang, Project Coordinator and Process Improvement Specialist
Grace Chang is a Project Manager with over five years of experience. She started her project management career in the events industry within academia as a Conference Producer at Common Ground Research Networks, managing and coordinating conferences globally for the entirety of the project life cycle. Grace then transitioned into managing medium and large-scale corporate events, mainly within the tech industry, as an Events Operation Manager at Opus Agency. Her responsibilities included budget management, operations management, multi-vendor management, leading weekly meetings with clients and stakeholders, and establishing smooth inter-workstream communications. Grace’s success has been built on her analytic approach, that focuses on clear communication throughout the project to increase efficiency, re-evaluate goals as needed, and maintain expectations for all parties. She has a reputation of having strong rapport with her clients and vendors through her detail-oriented and self-driven nature and desire for success and polished results.
Grace holds a Master’s Degree in East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Asian Studies from Rice University.
