Julie Bryan, Project Management and Process Improvement Consultant
Julie Bryan is a process improvement consultant with over 20 years of experience in consulting and high-tech manufacturing. She has consulted in Process Improvement roles, designing, and developing Standard Operating Procedures, as well as in Project Management including for organizational assessments, data analysis, and automated equipment installation. Prior to consulting, Julie worked as a business systems analyst at Intel Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for integration, configuration, and support of factory automation systems. Julie builds strong relationships with her customers by demonstrating close attention to detail and implementing innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University. She takes an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving and decision making to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of her work. Julie enjoys helping clients identify focus areas for improvement, define and evaluate solutions, and implement process changes within their organization to increase business productivity and realize efficiency gains.
