Robin Gervasoni, Change Management and Communications Consultant
Robin Gervasoni is an experienced Change Manager specializing in internal communications and organizational change management, including design and implementation of Business Processes. She has over 30 years of experience in marketing and communications with large and mid-sized global companies including Nemours Children’s Health System, The Standard Insurance, Banfield Pet Hospital, VWR (serves the life sciences industry), and Dupont. Her last 15 years of experience has been at the senior leadership level working with teams to develop communication strategies and execute on measurable action plans for large initiatives including systems implementations, organizational transitions, and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience in Process Mapping and team alignment for implementation. Robin has worked on both the B2B and B2C side and in regulated industries.
Robin has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. She has been formally trained in the ADKAR method of change management and holds a certification in Prosci Change Management. Robin also holds a SHRM-CP certification for HR business leaders, and is a Certified Working Genius facilitator.
